Our partnership with you

 

Our experience of running FGC services for local authorities gives us a balanced understanding of the needs of social services, individual social workers and family members who are involved with Social Services.

 

We are a small organisation; this allows us to respond with flexibility. We work with organisations on a contractual, framework agreement or spot-purchase basis. We will pay attention to our working relationship with your organisation, and ensure we work together as effectively as possible. Our pool of independnnt Family Group Conference coordinators are highly skilled, and will make excellent working relationships with your staff and with families, throughout the FGC process.

 

We can also help organisations set up their Family Group Conference service, review the arrangements they have in place, or put in interim arrangements.

 

We can organise workshops and training events for potential referrers and other key stakeholders as requested. Our membership of the LCAP programme provides access to accredited FGC coordinator training.

 

We believe we provide a sensible and sensitive service that provides value for money and works in children’s best interests
