Familyplans privacy notice

 

We take data protection and client confidentiality very seriously.

We have strict procedures in place to comply with legislation.

 

To organise a Family Group Conference we may need the following data:

your name, address, email, telephone number, skype address possibly

The local authority may provide some personal information which is solely relevant for use in the Family Group Conference process.

We use the data only to provide an FGC meeting.

 

Information is stored securely by Familyplans and our independent FGC coordinators only for as long as it is needed.

The independent coordinators delete your information once they have finished working with you and your family ( this may mean them keeping your information until a review FGC has been held)

Familyplans Ltd only holds the plan produced by your family, and deletes all of these regularly, having confirmed the local authority has a copy on file.

All FGC coordinators are bound by contract to abide by data protection legislation.

We do not share or sell your information to third parties

We do not nor send marketing letters or emails

Should any data breaches occur we will report it to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) as legally required.
